My name is Lillian and I am a Fitness and Wellness coach. I am passionate about helping everyone become their healthiest selves. I emphasize functional teaching methods and focus on each client’s current fitness level, gradually improving the strength and movements they need for their daily lives or sports while reducing their pain and injury risks. I do not prioritize exhausting my clients just for the sake of losing weight. I often use a variety of training methods and deep stretching techniques (such as FST) which is similar to myofascia release to improve muscle strength, flexibility, and mobility while reducing pain and stiffness.I prioritize activating the posterior muscles, including the hamstrings, back, core, and glutes. Many people often overuse their quads, calves, arms, and lower back, which can lead to muscle compensation and overall muscle imbalance.
In addition, I value a balanced diet by gradually reducing unhealthy food intake. Restricting yourself from eating what you enjoy is not a long-term strategy for weight loss. When you’re feeling down or stressed, you’re more likely to turn to foods you normally wouldn’t eat for comfort. This is why I emphasize the importance of making healthier food choices by providing nutritional plans, recipe ideas, and overall guidance to achieve long-term and sustainable fitness results.
